Este luxuoso hotel de 5 estrelas está situado num edifício da década de 1930 na Avenida da Liberdade e dispõe de um bar no terraço do último piso com vista panorâmica para Lisboa. A propriedade tem uma piscina redonda exterior e 2 restaurantes.
A área da piscina do Tivoli Avenida Liberdade inclui um espaçoso terraço para banhos de sol emoldurado por um jardim verdejante. Os hóspedes poderão desfrutar de uma massagem no Spa Anantara.
O restaurante no último piso serve uma cozinha internacional, possui uma carta de vinhos com mais de 300 opções e proporciona vistas panorâmicas. O Restaurante Cervejaria Liberdade apresenta um menu com especialidades de peixe e marisco da costa portuguesa, bem como propõe snacks de carne e produtos de pastelaria típicos.
Os quartos estão cuidadosamente decorados e incluem televisões de ecrã plano com canais por satélite e uma área de estar com assentos de veludo. Alguns quartos apresentam vista para o pátio ou para a Avenida da Liberdade.
A Estação de Metro Avenida fica a 150 metros. A Estação Baixa-Chiado está a 2 paragens de metro na Linha Azul.
